I give Brent the budget and then let him have free reign on creating our gala. The only requirement I have is, that I am the first person to see the room and without fail, every time I walk into one of his masterpieces, I feel like a princess walking into a ball. Each event is magical and spectacular and our guests feel like Kings and Queens.  I am so proud to work with Brent. He makes me look like a hero and makes our President very happy! (And who doesn’t like that?!)

I have a special compliment for Brent Jayes. I can’t remember being at a program with the close coordination I saw at this event. Brent seemed to be calmly on top of the overall flow, making sure our presenting group knew where we needed to be and when, keeping all informed for the right start time and end time, quickly handling any minor glitches with PowerPoints or microphones, etc. Along with all that (which is a lot) he also managed to add a personal touch by knowing who might not have gotten materials and bringing one to me. I’m not sure I have ever witnessed that level of calm control and personal service at such an event. He has probably been doing that right along, but this past meeting made me very aware of what a great asset he is to our events.
